Every GlazeNYC piece is custom made to order — here's what to expect from click to delivery.
Order Processing & Production Time
Once your order is placed, it enters production. Please allow 5-7 business days for your item to be printed, prepared, and packaged before it ships. Because each item is made specifically for you, we're unable to rush production at this time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, the average delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Delivery times may vary during holidays or periods of high carrier volume.
- Weather, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses may impact delivery time.

Most orders arrive within:
8-12 business days total (5-7 business days production + 3-5 business days shipping)
International Shipping
We ship to customers worldwide. Because each order is produced at the print facility closest to your delivery address, your GlazeNYC piece is typically made and shipped locally — not sent from a single warehouse — which keeps delivery times consistent no matter where you are. Estimated production and shipping times above apply globally. Customs fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your notification.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production, we may not be able to modify it. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
